Terms of Reference
To determine appeals made by any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Hotel and Guesthouse Accommodation Authority in respect of issue, renewal, cancellation, suspension, amendment and variation of condition and transfer of a licence of a hotel/guesthouse.
