Terms of Reference
The SAC is to advise the Postmaster General on –
- the stamp themes and designs to be submitted for approval of the Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs;
- the designers to be invited to submit designs;
- the briefs for the designers to work; and
- other related issues as the Postmaster General may refer to the SAC.
