In October 2024, the Chief Executive announced in the Policy Address a series of measures to strengthen the support towards youth development, including to convert the Kai Tak Community Isolation Facility by setting up a “Youth Post” hostel and creating spaces for youth cultural, arts and sports exchanges. The Government is now conducting an open tender exercise to let the concerned Government Land at Shing Fung Road, Kai Tak, Kowloon.
The Home and Youth Affairs Bureau arranged a tender briefing session on 20 January 2025 (Monday) at 11:00am.
